The Brukenthal Palace is a stately palace from 1788, formerly used as the summer residence of Transylvanian Baron Samuel von Brukenthal. It now offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, just 50 metres from Avrig Train Station. Sibiu lies 28 km to the west. Visitors can enjoy the estate's unique Baroque architecture and the large palace park. The rooms are located in different buildings within the palace.
