A dedicated couple have been at the helm of this centuries-old restaurant since 2007. While chef-patron Fabrice Bischoff cooks up dishes in a classic, traditional vein, Heidi Bischoff pampers diners in the cosy wood-panelled dining areas. At lunchtime, there is a simpler set menu in addition to the lunch menu. The leafy terrace is really charming in summer.
