Aho Fina treats diners to cuisine that is inspired by the ocean and the Basque country and aspires to short supply chains: baby squid risotto with squid ink and preserved lemon; duo of slow-cooked veal cuts and creamed red beans; mini patxaran liqueur babas… Bistronomy set menu at lunchtime, more ambitious fare in the evening.
