Located in touristy Montmartre, this Lilliputian restaurant sports a minimalist tasteful vibe. After learning the ropes in New York and in Singapore (Atelier Robuchon), chef Sungmi Lee, assisted by talented pastry chef Kim Young Rim, crafts subtle, contrasted Franco-Korean dishes. Their guiding line is taste above all, illustrated by “haemultang”, a spicy Korean stew of cod and seafood, jazzed up with prawn oil and coriander.
