This charming historical customs house dating back to 1786 has undergone a transformation under Dave Wälti, who previously worked in the kitchens at Eisblume in Worb and Casino Bern. The cuisine is contemporary, with vegetarian components playing a major role – but not to the complete exclusion of fish and meat. Warm wood tones and clean lines make for a lovely atmosphere, and the service comes courtesy of a friendly, laid-back and professional team.
