A restaurant owes so much to its owners… and in this traditional Provençal house, which in the 1920s was the home of the great-grandmother of the Bruno family, their generous spirit is very present! Under the watchful eye of Clément Bruno, a larger-than-life, benevolent father figure renowned for his veneration for truffles, and the two brothers – Samuel, front-of-house and Benjamin in the kitchen – uphold tradition with just the right measure of modernity thrown in. The truffle-based set menu is still on offer (the type of truffles changes in keeping with the seasons), but it now features more vegetables. Cheerful and attentive service completes the picture.
