This restaurant in the Fährhaus Hotel is very stylish indeed with its sleek interior done out in soothing warm brown tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows commanding views over the Moselle. The former head chef at Andernach's Ristorante Ai Pero serves up a modern take on classic and Mediterranean-influenced dishes, which you can order à la carte or compile to compose your own set menu.
