The energetic owner has brought new life to this restaurant following renovation work which has made it even more modern and comfortable. Fish and seafood take pride of place on the menu, with a focus on raw dishes and tuna from Carloforte (owner-chef Luigi’s home town), as well as an interesting business lunch option at midday. More traditional cuisine is served in the bistro (now in the street parallel to the restaurant), while aperitifs and fashionable cocktails can be enjoyed in the lounge-bar next door.
