Una estrella MICHELIN: una cocina de gran fineza. ¡Compensa pararse!
Productos de primera calidad, una evidente fineza en la elaboración, sabores marcados y una notable regularidad en la confección de los platos.
This 16C town house is one of Biel's architectural monuments. After careful renovations, it became the premises of this restaurant run by Fiona Liengme and Christian Aeby, both of whom previously worked at the restaurant Eisblume, in Worb. They serve vegetable-based cuisine that is full of finesse; you can opt to add in freshwater fish or selected meat from Switzerland, or stick with the set menu in its vegetarian version. Wherever possible, produce from the immediate vicinity is used. The manager has up her sleeve interesting wine recommendations and tasty non-alcoholic accompaniments made on site. It also has a fantastic "aperitif cellar", which dates back to the 12C.
