This friendly place is perfect for meat lovers. They specialise in steaks, some of which are matured in the restaurant's own dry-ageing cabinet. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are also available. The first Saturday evening of every month is devoted to Wagyu beef dishes, and it's BBQ night every Thursday (Jun-Aug). There's a fabulous rooftop terrace with views of the Aare and the region. For overnight stays, the adjoining Hotel Kettenbrücke has elegant guestrooms with a minimalist design.
