The Umbracle, facing the science museum is a 320m-long architectural structure with white parabolic arches over a pleasant palm-grove garden, posing as an open-air contemporary sculpture. From this shady promenade, there is a magnificent overall view of the vast culture and leisure complex that is the Art and Science Centre (Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències).
