I love the attention to detail of the dining area and the silver service to match it. The ambiance is very warm and inviting and I love the use of lights to gain the maximum effect. The food is outstanding especially the home reared Dexter beef and most of the vegetables are grown in their own garden. I have dined at many other one and two star Michelin restaurants and Fallowfields equal them. The combination of foie gras terrine and pineapple was a great combination.

Such an amazing meal. I was so impressed with the attention to detail, the maitre `d selected our wines for us to go with each course, his selections were spot on. We both had huge smiles on our faces as the waiter brought out the `pre` courses with each one working perfectly to bring out the flavours of the next. This wasn't a meal, it was an experience that we can talk about for ages, or at least until I can resist the urge to go again... which may have to be really soon. I loved every single second of my time here and haven't relaxed like this for months. Thank you to Anthony and your wonderful team.
