I was surprised that a michelin starred restaurant offered such a poor service, just one waiter serving six tables, we waited about 15 minutes before they brought us some bread, which was old and dry , the hours douvre were well presented and tasty, but the main course was a great disappointment, the cod was tasteless and had a gummy texture, the waiter was rude and insisted that I should appreciate the plate as if it was cod from Segovia , by the way ,I knew Segovia (a city near Madrid and very far from the sea) was known by the cochinillo, slow-roasted suckling pig, but not for its cod. To complete the scene, the chef sent to the table a packing of the frozen cod he used in the dish, perhaps because he thought that I didn’t know what cod fish is. It is pitiful that some people think that tourists should be treated as ignorant, I had a terrible experience and I feel obliged to pass on to people who follow the Michelin as a reference.
