- Clásico restaurante en un hotel de lujo donde el chef crea unas imaginativas especialidades de marcado acento personal. Excelente carta de platos y vinos maridados por un experto sumiller.

Fantastic evening. THE most enjoyable dining experience we have ever had. Staff were engaging and attentive. The food was exciting and delicious. The amuse bouche provided the "Theatre" we were looking for at this level of dining (I won't spoil the surprise but it involved a Brussel Sprout!). We were fortunate enough to be invited to the Chef’s table and watch the team at work. Fantastic... I would recommend the Vermeer to anyone who has a passion for good food and/or a new dining experience. You must try the "Apples & cinnamon". Fluffy meringue flavoured with cinnamon, pistachio puree & cranberry, butter milk sorbet. An amazing combination of textures, smells and taste. It looks fantastic too.
The restaurant is too formal in style for my personal liking. I would want it to be a little more relaxed so that I could fully appreciate the whole dining experience. Music perhaps?
